Louise Lennox Visit

This term we ran the JCSP Celebrity Chef Initiative. Louise Lennox visited Colaiste Eoin for a cookery demonstration with two groups. She cooked ginger & honey chicken skewers as well as Flowerpot Brownies. We had a fantastic afternoon with lots getting involved and all enjoying the tasty treats!!
